For those of you on Wordfly and just had to deal with the IP migration - has it gone smoothly for you? We created our warm up plan, and WF signed off on it. We sent our first deployment on Monday (20K names or so) and it went out promptly, and had good open rates, and low bounces, but now we're seeing delayed sends and inconsistent delivery of tests emails. We'll open up a support ticket if it continues, but wanted to see if others were experiencing the same thing.
Hello Reynaldi. I hope all is well. Today is day 4 of my warm up plan which I too worked out with WF. All had been going well except for today. What I noticed today was an extreme soft bounce rate if 9.4% or 1881 bounces mostly blocked from hotmail. My deployment was sent to 20k patrons. I have notified WF asking if they know why this has occurred. More to come. Michael
Here's the response I got from WF. I'm hoping they have a better solve, and I really wish they had flagged this as a possible outcome from the get-go. Thanks for sharing these results. After taking some time to analyze those, I can see that you are likely suffering from some deliverability issues with some of the major ISPs, especially Gmail that comprises at least 50% of the emails in most lists. We've written a guide that will help those being affected by this: Building a good sender reputation with specific ISPs (Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft).
