For those of you on Wordfly and just had to deal with the IP migration - has it gone smoothly for you? We created our warm up plan, and WF signed off on it. We sent our first deployment on Monday (20K names or so) and it went out promptly, and had good open rates, and low bounces, but now we're seeing delayed sends and inconsistent delivery of tests emails. We'll open up a support ticket if it continues, but wanted to see if others were experiencing the same thing.
We're having almost the exact same issues - extremely delayed sends (up to an hour or more as emails are dispersed in small batches), plus a complete inability to receive a test email. Not a single test email has gone through to my work (outlook) or personal (gmail) email since Wednesday morning.
With regard to the missing test emails, we had to add our IP address to the safe list with our email provider. I don't think this was as explicitly outlined in the preparation steps as well as it could have been, and the further instructions in the Wordfly support areas are a little vague, but if you can get your IT team to safelist your new IP with your internal email provider, that should alleviate the problem.
Unfortunately we've done so, and I've added the new IP to my approved Gmail list as well, but still haven't received any test emails through either account :/
The most confusing part is that test emails worked just fine Monday and Tuesday - it's only the past two days that they stopped arriving.
I replied before my brain was fully-functional this morning; I want to clarify that we also had IT add the IP address to our spam filter, which was different than the mail server filters. (So secure!!) Not sure if your org has something similar, but worth checking on with your IT team?
