Hi everyone!
We are hoping to finally use the WordFly/pages integration with getting CSIs automatically created in Tessitura as people respond. However, I am slightly confused on how to get this set up. I've watched the video from WordFly, but it seems to me like there is a piece missing. I have CSIs setup in Tessitura based on the best practices Tessitura recommended, and in my Page survey I have each option as a checkbox. Is there something else I need to do to get the data to flow back (using out of the box functionality)? I feel like there is but can't quite figure it out. Thank you in advance for helping my frazzled brain!

As Nichole says if you are on RAMP and have had WordFly and Tess do the integration for you then you are on the way.
re setting up CSIs if you have set up ITR_WF_PAGE_CONTROL_GROUP_MAPPING to get the Page ID set up and display in ITR_WF_PAGE_FIELD_MAPPING
Then you need to link to the page from an WF email campaign appending subscriber ID.once you have a campaign email with that link you can test send it to yourself and it should work (as long as your test ID has your tessitura Customer number saved in your subscriber record).
