Our organization is looking into overhauling our email marketing communications. We use Wordfly to send out our emails and are currently tracking unsubscribe preferences using the one step unsubscribe and attributes. We would like to move to a 2 step unsubscribe and are wondering how other organizations track their unsubscribe preferences in Tessitura. We are looking into Contact Point Purposes, Contact Permissions, and Attributes. What has your organization figured out to be best practice?

DGH is a bit of a marvel. Note that he also appeared on a Contact Point Purpose discussion at TLCC last year if you want to have a look at the slide show from that as I know that he polled the community extensively.
