Hello Tessitura Community!
We are looking for documentation that we can send our patrons on how to login into their account to renew their subscription and to look at their account in general. Does anyone have a "How To/FAQ" document they are willing to share with us? Thank you for your help and support. We greatly appreciate it.

Yes. We are about to inform patrons how to renew online. I added the Criteria "Login" for my list to let patrons know what their login is. We noticed that some constituents have multiple logins in their account (see attached above). Some primary, some temporary. We don't know which one to give them. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I've created a support ticket in the event any troubleshooting is required for this. I will post our final resolution here once we close out the ticket.
