Hello!
We're looking at segmenting our patrons based upon attendance and not just purchase behavior. TRG recently spoke on a League Webinar breaking things out this way, so we thought it made sense to at least try and analyze each of these groupings.
Using either extractions or lists, how might I go about finding this specific group based upon attendance?
What I'm stuck on is the at least "one in the last 18 months."
I'm not sure how I can find the overlap between a patron who attended twice in the past 18 months and a patron who has attended once in the past 18 months and just once sometime before then. Pulling each is simple enough, but is there a way to to pull:something similar to this?:
The bottom portion certainly has too many criteria to run, but I'm looking to make something like this work. Essentially, I'd like to tie the 1 performance with the first date range and the other 1 performance with the second date range. Is this possible?
I may be missing something simple, but I'm no extraction expert. I'm open to trying workarounds, just not sure what will work best and hoping someone here has experience with something like this before I continue spinning my wheels validating each attempt and failing. :-/
Thank you!
-Josh
Hi Josh,
If you create 2 lists with those separate criteria (i.e. List A = 1 performance with first date range, List B = other 1 performance with second date range) you can then create a third list that has criteria has List A and List B. Would that work?
Thank you Thomas. I created 3 separate lists and and in the extraction, created a segment where the patron HAS List A, List B and List C.
