Hi everyone.
We here at the Alliance Theatre are reexamining how we handle default Hold Codes…and manage our Hold Codes in general.
I would like to get a little feedback if you have a moment.
What I am looking for is to see what other Tessitura orgs with proscenium houses are doing…how many hold codes you have,
what they are, how you manage House seats and other holds leading up to showtime, do you have a “holds guru” that
makes all the calls to release…etc. And if its not too crazy a request…could you also email me a screenshot of a
standard house with default Hold Codes in place…do you block off a chunk of the house for the standard holds
for each show or do you strategically place them throughout the house…etc.
