For some time we have been pulling our pre event lists by using the Ticket History criteria. I understand there is a delay with ticket history being immediately updated after a recent purchase. So we tried to use the Performance (Order) criteria, but noticed the list generates constituents that have returned tickets for that performance and creates quite the confusion for ticket buyers. I began to play around with seat status too, but the Performance (order) criteria is based on line items and not subline items.I ask y'all what list criteria do you use to create pre event emails.

At a previous organisation we used ticket history, but set up the scheduled procedure that pulls ticket history to run twice a day so it was more up to date.
