Hi everyone,
I have a quick question. How can I find the number of memberships who had a delay on their renewals for specifics expiration month? In fact, on Tessitura, I have found that we could get how many expiration membership for example we have for Jan 2019, and among these people, how many of them have renewed their membership and how many not.
I need to know how many of our membership had delay in their renewals.
