Hey Everyone,
We are attempting to widen our customer base and want to start by going through the shows we have had in the past and seeing what the demographics are on our patrons. We are specifically looking for ethnicity, age, location (home address) and gender. Has anyone come across a way to easily look this information up in Tessitura?

Hi Chelsea - In Analytics you can track location by zip codes. For the other information that you're looking for, I don't think there's any way to easily do that. You could work with an outside company to append your list with the data that they have available and import that information as a custom category to Analytics. We usually work with TRG to get an idea of ethnicity, age, location, and gender, but haven't worked on appending that information. Good luck!
