Messaging/Copy to New to File Patrons

Hi Everyone,

We're starting to better reach out to our new to file patrons with a generous discount, thank you postcard, etc. Although we have the lists pulled, it's quite possible that the person has been to the theatre before as someone's guest, duplicate account, etc. Can anyone share any messaging that they've used for a situation like this? We want to make sure we get the messaging right, and we're thinking of using something like:

Our records show that in 2019 you might have visited the Auditorium Theatre for the first time! To kick off 2020 on a high note, we'd like to welcome you back with a special offer to join us again for <show>.
