Has anyone found a need/way to turn off the order history section of the My Account tab in TNMP? We have seated, unpaid tickets showing up here and it is causing some confusion among our guests. Or if someone knows how to suppress those seats from the app too, that would be swell.

In the System Table LTR_TNEW_SITE_CONTROLS there's an entry called ShowOrderHistory - setting this to False should remove this functionality to the user. Once you update this setting, don't forget to reset the site data (something I've forgotten t often to mention!)

Hey, Martin. That entry doesn't exist in our system tables. We can add it but were wondering what section we should put it in and what should the notes field say? Would you be willing to screen shot that row for us? Also, I’m concerned that it’s not in our system. Do you know if this setting works for Tessitura v. 15?

In our system (we're on TNEW v6 and Tessitura v15.0.5) the values are as follows:
If this is missing, perhaps it'd be a good idea to open a TASK ticket and get the Tessitura Network staff to do an audit on the contents of LTR_TNEW_SITE_CONTROLS? We have 22 entries in our table.

Thank you! We were able to turn off the order history, but the menu item remained so it looked like that function just wasn't working instead of looking like we disabled it intentionally. We turned it back on, and I'm going to put in a help desk with Tessitura and see if they have some advice. Thanks for this!
