Hello all,
We are in the process of switching our email platform from Mail2 over to Prospect2. We're excited for all the integrations and options that comes with P2, however with change also comes a need to adapt internal processes.
As I'm sure it's true for most organizations out there, getting feedback from multiple team members on our email communications is essential. Currently in Mail2, I'm able to include a note and send tests to multiple people at a time, however I'm not able to do either of these in Prospect2. I'm also not sure the best way to test/review conditional content.
I've asked Prospect2 a few times on routing tips which sparked a few ideas, but I also wanted to open this up to the community. Some of my initial thoughts include setting up group mailing lists, setting up a shared P2 login, and/or routing a web preview of an email.
Any insights would be appreciated!
Thank you!Abby
We are on P2. We send one proof to ourselves and then route it to everyone else through Outlook. We ask everyone to reply all so everyone can see everyone else's edits and we remind people that forwarding in Outlook can cause some weird formatting things so we don't get 20 comments about a duplicated button. It's far from perfect but it works for us. We used to use Mail2's proofing function and it just didn't work well for the way we work. Forwarding through Outlook just works better for us. We've even tried to find a way to do proofing through Wrike but it is more work that way.
