A year on from the enforcement of new GDPR regulations we're reviewing how we process data and whether we are being too strict or not. I wanted to gather some general info on other venues & how you manage preferences.
What are your general rules around Marketing data and Fundraising data? Do you have a Supporters scheme and do you treat this as fundraising - the same as a capital campaign - or as marketing for the theatre? Have you found your marketing efforts less successful, or more challenging, since changing how you process your data
