Hello! Have any Wordfly users had luck implementing a retargeting pixel from a third-party vendor?
We've followed the directions from Wordfly on https://support.wordfly.com/hc/en-us/articles/204768944-How-to-add-retargeting-pixels, adding it to either the footer or the end of the email. When we add the pixel in its original format, we get the error “Name entity expected. Got none.” Per a previous suggestion from Wordfly, we thought this might be caused by the “&” symbol in the pixel's url, so we changed all the “&”s to %26. That got rid of the error, but that prevents the pixel from firing correctly. According to our third-party vendor, the pixel has to be implemented in the exact same code as originally provided.
Has anyone found an alternative to replacing the & symbol? We've also reached out to Wordfly.

Sounds like you are URL-encoding the ampersand when you should be entity-encoding it. Replace & with & -- when the email template HTML is parsed, it will be interpreted as a literal ampersand inside whatever HTML attribute value the pixel URL is appearing in.
