Hello! We have recently partnered with Behavior Infuser for our triggered abandoned cart and abandoned browse email strategy. A script was run that installed a custom set of criteria into Tessitura, and custom reports to pull that revenue data. I am having trouble finding those criteria in the Analytics Seats and Tickets cube, so that I can create a dashboard to track these conversions for several simultaneous appeals. Have any BI clients been able to access these criteria in Analytics? Thanks.
