We went live last October and are now setting up our first full season for Merkin Concert Hall. I'm wondering how other performing arts organizations set up their campaigns, appeals and sources. Our campaigns are basically subscription and single tickets, and I'm thinking of setting up two appeals for each concert series: one subscription and the other single tickets. The sources would be specific emails/letters/print pieces/promotions. Does anyone have any advice?
