We are looking at implementing a TN Mobile Plus App and would like to get some feedback from those that already utilize this. We are wondering who or what department(s) manage your app? What were some of the challenges you encountered when implementing the app? How did you get your patrons to download and keep using the app? Finally, what have you found has been the most beneficial parts of the app for you? Any input and feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help and insight.

From a different prospective; we actually discontinued the app after a few years. We addressed the gap by developing a more robust my account while rebuilding a mobile first website. I would say, if you're planning on building out a new site anytime soon you might want to consider that approach.
