We are looking at implementing a TN Mobile Plus App and would like to get some feedback from those that already utilize this. We are wondering who or what department(s) manage your app? What were some of the challenges you encountered when implementing the app? How did you get your patrons to download and keep using the app? Finally, what have you found has been the most beneficial parts of the app for you? Any input and feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help and insight.

We have TNMP app since 10.2011. Currently, we use Mobile Tickets delivery method, when tickets only available within an app ( no fee for that delivery method). I'd be happy to chat about our experiences.
