We allow people to share subs and as such, track them with an relationship for the season with a start and end date. The problem I'm running into is the relationship is sometimes on the HH and sometimes on the Individual record, which makes pulling together the list every year a little difficult. Is any one else tracking sub sharing? How are you tracking them or reporting on them that is consistent and easy to find? Thanks.
For a long time we have used a separate performance to track subscribers using the price type of their main package, we allocate a ticket per person. This helps us to see quickly the physical number of subscribers and package distribution including concessions etc.The introduction of the household model and then later the option to have a recipient on a ticket has made this even easier. Tickets are processed under a household account with the recipient added, even within the household itself I then run the manage constituency report based on anyone in the performance and add a constituency to the household file.We also use a relationship between the two files
