I'm using "User Define Format from a List" under "Labels and Letters" and I am wondering if there is a way to remove the Customer No from appearing at the top of each label.

Hi Michelle, the output format you're using was probably set up in Infomaker. Someone in your org should be able to edit those layout files for you and remove it, or make a new version without it in case someone else uses that version.
