We've just launched a more formalized pre- and post- show discussion series.
The discussions are tied to specific dates within the run BUT they are not attached to every performance.
I've tried to create a dynamic list in list manager that would fire a triggered WordFly email two days before these specific performance with a pre- or post- show.
Somehow my logic is pulling in patrons who have exchanged out of these performances. That doesn't seem to happen with our generic performance reminder, but I don't use Perf Code or Ticket History Performance with that list.
Does anyone have any experience with building something like this? I have tried using both Ticket History Performance and Ticketing Order Perf Code and am running into the same problem.
Hi Gabriela, If your using ticket history and still picking people who've exchanged out the procedure that updates it might not be running enough. If you're using ticket order perf, you'll have to add something about the ticket status or returned amount probably. If there's still a line in their order with the ticket at all it will show them in your list. Check if that element is looking at T_lineitem, or T_sub_lineitem, the table structure documentation has all the values available. Hope that points you in the right direction.
