Looking for some advice on the pros and cons of Wordfly compared to Mail Chimp/Monkey Wrench. We currently use Wordfly but are interested in possibly switching. Our biggest concerns are how Tessitura integration compares between the two and what kind of customization of email templates is available for both. Anyone have any advice?
Prospect2 is another compatible option. Have you had a demo with them? We heard that Mail Chimp/Monkey Wrench did not provide as much integration compatibility as WordFly and Prospect2. We have not officially signed on yet, but we had tentatively decided to go with WordFly. What exactly are your challenges with this platform?

Hi Amy, I haven't used Mail Chimp, but we did look into that when we were switching out of Mail2. The main deciding factor for us, was that WordFly is totally integrated with Tessitura. Mail Chimp is stand alone, so you have to export data from Tessitura and then manage it in Mail Chimp. So, there aren't any integrative functions like WordFly has, to track opens, clicks, and list subscription within Tessitura. WordFly also has Tessitura integrated surveys and Event RSVPs etc.
