Changing TNEW email templates

Hi Steven Hanks - Yes, this is possible. The files for your email templates are on your API server. They are xslt files. If you are unfamiliar with xslt and do not have technical resources to assist with customizing these files to look how you want them to look, then you can enlist the assistance of our consulting group, or if you have a Technical Services contract with Tessitura, you can reach out to your account manager with Tech Services to potentially have this done as a part of your Tech Services agreement.
