We have had Tessitura operating now for some months and would like to start using the cost anaylsis fields for our direct mails, e direct mails, advertising etc for our whole campaign.
However, i am struggling to get clarity with the fields:
Acq Costs
Delivery Cost
Fulfil Cost
Media Costs
Does anyone have a details instruction manual or steps that i can please use/borrow to have a go at putting my figures in there. Or an old webinar.
It is hard because our email direct mail charge stays the same but our Direct mail and advert costs change each campaign.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the link to the document.
It advised that the media cost field is automatically populated based on the media selected.
However, i am interested to know if this can be changed manually for each appeal as the cost of our postage, mail house costs and flyer printing costs do different from each campaign.
Do you know if you can change this at all?

I think the best way to deal with this is to create new media types for items that have different costs and then link them appropriately.
