Do you purge non-openers? And if so, how many non-openers before you remove from your list.How many to send a month? Proportion targeted v general lists?
What's the acceptable open rate, click through, purchase conversion in our sector? (mailchimp suggests 26.03% open, click rate 2.66% or Arts and Artiists)
