Does anyone have a template for a good media plan + budget tracking sheet that you use? Right now we have a shared budget excel sheet that everyone in marketing looks at, but then different people maintain their own media plans and we feed that data into a shared outlook calendar. I'm hoping to streamline the team into a shared doc that shared both the media plan as well as the budget.
