Are there particular analytics platforms that orgs are using for social media analytics? We currently use Hootsuite, but we're also starting to look at Sprout. Curious to learn more about what's out there and what's working for people. Thanks!
We use Sprout Social. It works quite well for us. Their not-for-profit pricing is quite good, and it has all of the features that we need. We're quite fond of the tagging feature, too, which allows us to monitor issues as they arise and track social volume (it's very manual, but super easy).
