Hello,
I'm currently struggling to figure out how to best set the criteria so that wordfly emails only attendee's from that specific show. I believe this is done with the "Ticket History Perf Date" criteria? I have set my operator to ">=" and my value as "DayRunDate+1" and then i set a second criteria for my "Ticket History Perf Date"and my operator as "<=" and the value for that criteria is also "DayRunDate+1". Per my understanding its these 2 criteria that will control my campaign so i can just keep pulling from this list for a pre/post show triggered email. Am i correct in that thinking? Asking because without having a show on that date i'm not sure if this list is working properly since it keeps pulling in 0. can anyone please help???
Hi Carlo, that's correct, using Ticket History Perf Date with those values will pull everyone who has tickets between midnight and 11:59PM the next day.
To test, you can change the +1 to a different number, say +7, to see if the list pulls the people you want who are coming to a performance 7 days from now (or however far out you need to look to get actual people for testing). Then just make sure to change it back to +1 before you connect the dynamic list to the triggered campaign in Wordfly. Hope this helps!
Hey Krystle,
We have a show tonight and i'm just trying to test that i generate patrons and my list isn't showing anybody. Can you let me what i'm doing wrong here? Just trying to keep it as basic as possible right now before we add layers to our segmenting. Key part is we get patrons who attended said show!
Hey! Right now you have your list set up to see the people who are coming to a show tomorrow night - remove the +1 and you'll have DayRunDate, which is today.
When i take out the +/- i get the following saying it needs it:
So i tried to change that value to "Report Run Date" for both those pieces of criteria and i got the same 0 patron generated list. Please help!
Did you change it with the dropdown or just by deleting the +1? If you do it with the dropdown it should work. If not, I'm not sure if I'm the right person to troubleshoot :(
Hmm tried it a bunch of different ways and i'm still getting 0 constituents....any body else you can bring in to help me out?
Does your ticket information live in the house hold accounts? If so the search household box should be checked for the first two. Although I would imagine not everyone with a ticket has is a member of a household.
