Hi all,We're looking at our triggered email campaigns to new subscribers, and we'd like to add a time-limited discount voucher to encourage reattendance. Ideally we’d like this to be a discount that can be applied to a total basket - ie 5% off all items - rather than it being a specific discount price type associated with a product. I was wondering if anyone had implemented anything similar or had any advice on other engagement strategies they had used?

Hi Eleanor, i'm not sure you can do a "basket" but you can do a pricing rule that is set up by looking at people who purchased this past weekend to have x percent of all sub concerts that would run for that week. if you make the list dynamic then it could change pretty frequently or you can just update the list every time you want it to expire for some but add it for others.
for example, you can say any one who attended in the last 7 days can get a promtion of 5% off in the cart at check out for all items in the cart that are priced at full price.
