Our team is looking web based at tools to do do things like run contests (prompted via social media) with the view of ways to engage with that audience and to build up our mailing list. Is anyone using any custom tools or 3rd party tools that easily allow this sort of activity? There are several 3rd party tools my manager is looking at (mostly for the contests functionality) but I was wondering if anyone is doing anything interesting with this sort of activity?
We use Wordfly for our email marketing so I'm not looking for something to duplicate that functionality. We are on TNEW as well.

Hey Nichole,
We use Wufoo (a form manager) for this kind of thing. We generally have a check box on any form that says subscribe to enews and we manually import those folk into Tessitura (or just Wordfly).

Thank you! That was what I was thinking (check box) but wanted to see if there was any easier way.
