Our website has the "How You Heard About Us" section set up in the check out process. However, when I run the report in T-stats I can only get the data from the box office Through the "Ticket Appeals-Source Name" measure to display not the website. This is giving me an incomplete picture of what is influencing our customers to purchase. It also makes identifying different trends between online and box office customers difficult.
I was wondering if anyone else had encountered this problem and knows what area of T-Stats I can find this data. I attached a picture below showing the questions we ask at checkout.

The answer to this is going to depend on where your answers to this question are stored in Tessitura. From your screenshot, I'm not certain.
If your website has a promocode box, that's usually used to store/change the source code of the order. It is expected behaviour that would show up in T-Stats under Ticket Order Appeals - Source name, if that's how your website writes back the order source_no to Tessitura. If your website might ever change the lineitem source_no, that is what you'd see in T-Stats in Ticket Appeals - Source name. If there is no lineitem source then Ticket Order Appeal and Ticket Appeal will be the same in T-Stats for all tickets in that order.
If the question you're using here is an order survey from Tessitura, then you can report on the answers in T-Stats, but you first have to configure T-Stats to tell it which survey questions you want to see in T-Stats. (There is a 10 question limit in T-Stats) More details on this functionality are here.
If this question on your website is custom web programming, or writing back to a local table in Tessitura, you'd need to customize T-Stats to include that.

This looks like it's coming from TNEW custom form data, rather than a standard order survey. You'd need to customize T-Stats to report on this in T-Stats. I recommend you email the support team at T-Stats@jcainc.com and we can discuss the possibilities in greater detail.
