Hi everyone! Can anyone let me know how to add an email link (TNEW User here) that would automatically add the promo code in? My hope is to put that in the link so that when someone follows our link, the promo code is already added in and they can start shopping!

You definitely can!
Per the documentation (www.tessituranetwork.com/.../TNEW.htm code):
To assist customers with promo code entry or to track marketing that does not provide incentive for customers to enter a promo code, you can embed promo codes in site links you include in your marketing. To add a promo code to a link, append ?promo=<promo code> to the end of the link. For example: tickets.sampletheatre.org/default.aspxpromo=pumpkin. TN Express Web will detect the promo code, and if valid it will enter it as the promo code for the session.
