Yes, I would suggest applying a Source code or some other kind of Promotion to survey takers, so you can suppress them from further survey sends this year. You'll also want to define: Do you want to prevent all people who receive the survey from getting it twice? Or only those who have completed the survey? From: Lee Schlosser <bounce-leeschlosser6477@tessituranetwork.com>Sent: 9/14/2017 12:19:05 PMFlorida Studio Theatre would like to survey 1/4 of the attendees to every performance of our season, and we would like the listing of those attendees to be an automated report which renders overnight after each performance. Our Winter Mainstage Series is four different shows for eight to twelve weeks, eight shows a week depending on the performance venue. Our Cabaret Series is three different shows for eighteen or more weeks, nine shows a week. We are about 85% subscribed to the seasons so the same attendees are in the same seats for each performance of each season. We were wondering what the best method would be to create these lists so we do not include any attendees who have already been surveyed for a prior performance in the season. We understand the random select/extract ability of Extraction Manager, but how do we prevent surveying an attendee more than once during the season? Do we apply a source to each 1/4 selection list and exclude that source in extractions for the next show in the subscription? This message was sent automatically to you by www.tessituranetwork.com because you subscribed to the Tessitura Marketing Forum. We send surveys after each performance with a random select and a survey exclusion segment in th extraction. We use a appeal and exclude anyone who has gotten the survey in the last five weeks. With that, a sub could get a survey more than once in a year, but at least it would be spread out.
