Dedicated staff position for building emails

Hello,

We're considering hiring a part-timer in Marketing whose sole job purpose is to work in Wordfly and build/deploy emails (a task currently divided up amongst a number of people in the department).  Would love to chat with anyone who has best practices on how this kind of role functions in their department, or has a job description written for a similar role that I could adapt.
