Report for Group Ticket Marketing

Hi all--first forum post so please be gentle. ;-)

I'm a novice user and I'm trying to create a list that will show me the constituents who have purchased 4+ Nutcracker tickets.

I created what I *thought* would be the right list, using the criteria "Ticket History # of Seats" at greater than or equal to 4 AND "Ticket History Performance" with the 10 shows selected.

Out of our 13K attendees, I only got 61 records, which just doesn't seem right to me. 

Any suggestions?

    That number of seats criterion is looking at each individual row in ticket history for four or more seats. So in order to qualify, a patron has to have purchased at least four seats to a single performance out of the 10 you selected, and at least four of those seats have to have been in the same zone and have the same price type.

    If you want patrons with at least four tickets to a single performance, look for the Tickets - Total Perf Seats criterion. This will solve the problem of seats with different price types or zones.

    If you want patrons whose total number of tickets is >= 4, look for the Tickets - Total Const Seats criterion. This will sum the total number of seats the patron has for all 10 performances.

  • Hi Rachel—thanks for the quick response and the clarification! I would want to find the patrons who have at least 4 tickets to the single performance, so the "Tickets - Total Perf Seats" criterion. I don't actually see it anywhere in my list options, though.

    I see something called "Ticket History Total Amounts HH". I took a screen shot, but I also can't figure out how to insert that into my reply here. (I'm usually great with technology, but I must be missing something...)

    I'm in the List Manager looking at the list of all the Ticketing Criteria...
