Sorry in advance, I'm hitting up all relevant groups to widen my feedback net!
I would love to find an organization that has implemented a mobile crowdfunding integration in Tessitura. Currently we are looking into Mobilecause and would love any feedback regarding technical set up, (how much IT time was outsourced vs. the mobile platforms assistance) and overall compatibility with Tessitura.
I would consider it a huge bonus if your org. belongs to a consortium, were there any security issues that we need to be prepared for?
Please feel free to share your experience with any mobile crowdfunding application.

We use MobileCause and have had great experiences with their platform. Campaigns and donation pages are easy to set up and customize, and their customer service is helpful and responsive. However, the Tess integration isn't perfect. They deposit all donations made through their platform as large direct ACH deposits once a day to our accounting office. So the way we input this info in Tessitura, is our Development team downloads the csv of donor information from MobileCause, and processes each contribution, attributing it to the appropriate donor. That being said, MobileCause makes it much easier than any other platform of it's type I've seen to collect exactly the kind of donor information you need and connect it to the date, amount, and campaign name of the donation.

I have heart rumours that our organization will be starting to look into this (not sure with which company), so I would be curious to hear any thoughts you have on setting things up for this so I can be prepared. Positives, negatives, etc...
