Extraction Set Folders

Hi Everyone!

I'm still relativley new to T, and I have been using the folder function within List Manager to tidy up all our lists which has proved very useful.

I was wondering is there a similar function for Extraction sets that I've missed or does anyone have any handy tricks on how to keep the Extraction Manager tidy?

Thank you in advance for any thoughts and help!

Soph

  • One of the things that some organizations have found helpful is establishing a naming convention and prefix every extraction with a code.  Like

    MEMB-           for Membership

    DM-                for Digital Media

    Mark-              for Marketing

    Etc.

Then include a fiscal year  something like

    MEMB-10FY

    EDU-12FY

    DM-16FY

Then the search feature will help.

    Hi Sophie,

There is not a folder functionality for extractions. The only filtering available there is to check the 'My Extraction Sets Only' check box in the lower left corner.
