Hello. I am a new Tess user in the marketing department of a performing arts org/theater. We are part of a consortium for our Tessitura license. As we enter into the off-season, one of my summer projects is to map the 10 years worth of Tickets-Performance Codes in that drop-down Value menu when making a list or pulling an extraction.
I need to sort out which of these belong to our organization and were created by others in the consortium, then further refine it to separate performances we produced vs rentals, and then further refine it by attaching keywords so that it will be easier to pull targeted extractions.
Can someone advise me on how to export this Ticket-Performance Code > Value menu to a spreadsheet, and then what the next step might be? Can past performance codes be re-named for standardization? How do I attach keywords to specific performances?
