Communications Management. Cool. Awesome. Love the details...But can the application preferences be done on-mass? I feel like it should be something that can be done but...I don't see how to do it anywhere. And I can't find any details on the boards.
Example: We have a list of people who want Enews. But it's a long list and we don't want to go to every account and do it by. We want to "Grandfather" in people instead of making them log in and set up their own settings.

There's a utility called "Manage Contact Point Purposes" that comes as part of the iWave-Tessitura integration and will be coming standard with V14 of Tessitura when that deploys. With this utility, you can select a List and set Contact Point Purposes against constituent postal addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers. Sounds like this might be something that would help what you're discussing here.

Whatttttt, really?!? We are custom building this functionality for CPPs as we speak. I didn't know it was coming with v14.

It really is; I learned of it in January because it was part of the iWave integration we installed and the "What's New in v14?" document (http://www.tessituranetwork.com/~/media/Documentation/v14/Whats%20New%20in%20v14.aspx) has been updated on page 25 to say that it's coming to everyone with the update.
