Customer missing from an extraction

Hi

Just a quick one - we pulled a concert cancellation extraction on 10th November 2009, however a customer who purchased tickets on 9th November 2009 did not appear in the list. Any ideas why? Our ticket history update job updates nightly.

  • When you say you pulled the extraction on the 10th, did you run the counts and the extract on the 10th? Just of you ran the counts earlier they would have missed the order on the 9th.

    Must admit, we have setup attributes that allow us to pull this data from tx_perf_seat so that we can get the most up to date data when we are required to do these sort of extractions.
