we currently ask for "ZIPCODE" as our survey question during the transaction...however when I run the Survey Statistics Report I get nothing but Odd numbers/with symbols instead of the zipcode entered
in the Mode of Sale Maintenance screen/MOS/Survey Question tab it shows under MOS "zip code?"
is there something else I am missing that will actually capture the numbers?
REVISION: I kinda remember, at the training sessions years ago, that you were able to pull up a "Map" in tessitura and it would have on it pins in zipcodes to track where a guest came from...any Help
Just a thought, you may want to check the system table tr_survey_question (I think) and make sure the data type is correct for your question.

Thanks Travis, We gave it a try using all data types but string allows us to type in the zipcodes...however I don't think its storing them...
