I rely on some custom output set elements to power our dynamic pre and post show email campaigns--mostly standard concepts like Perf Date, Perf Time, etc but each with four parameters so we pull the precise show info we want. Those parameters are start_dt (DayRun +-n), end_dt (DayRun +-n), theater (whichever venue), season_type (public or education, etc).
These parameters constantly but completely inconsistently wipe out. I cannot see a pattern as to when, or even to what clears. Each output set involved has anywhere from 3-10 of these elements, and sometimes it's one value in one element, sometimes it's all four values in one element; sometimes it's only one element messed up, sometimes it's all of them.
This has been happening for several years and multiple smart people here have looked and found nothing. The best we've managed is to set up an email alert telling me when an output set is broken so I can fix it.
I'm going to set up a support ticket, but wanted to see if anyone out there had leads for us while I'm pulling together documentation. Please help!
We had the exact same problem with our start_dt and end_dt output set parameters about a year ago and ended up opening a support ticket. It didn't take long for the problem to be fixed, but we never got a clear explanation as to what the problem was in the first place. Haven't had any issues with output sets since then.
