Multiple Online Ticket Offers

Hello all,

We are currently using promotion codes online to offer reduced rate tickets to targeted groups.  Currently we only run one online offer for the same time period per production.

Is anyone running concurrent promotion codes for the same production over the same range of performances, but at different prices aimed at different groups?  For example, £10 tickets for performances a, b and d to one group with one promotion code and £12 tickets for peformances b, c and e to another group with a separate promotion code?

Could you give us some advice on how we can set up multiple promotion codes for the same production and date ranges?

Thanks

Mary

How are your promo codes set up?  Are you using offers or MOS changes to give the ticket buyer access to the different prices?  To set up multiple promotion codes for the same production and date range I find that the easiest method is to use offers (but your website needs to be coded to use them).  Here is the documentation on how to use these:

    http://www.tessituranetwork.com/network/Learning/Documentation/Ticketing/Ticket%20Pricing.aspx

(It is under 3.C, Prices and Offers).

If you have any questions I would be happy to help.  But this is how we handle it.  And your website does need to be coded to accept offers for it to work..And if you are already using offers I apologize for reiterating..

    Hope that helps!
