Dearest Wise Ones--
Maybe it's because it's Friday, maybe it's because I'm a moron, but I'm completely spacing as I approach my current endeavor--pulling a list of ticket buyers for a given season while omitting my comps/gratis so that I'm looking only at folks who paid for the privilege to enjoy the season ... Any thoughts?
Thank you,
Brian Jones
Hi Brian,
Add a criteria that checks for the currency value of the tickets issued. This will change your list from identifying "ticket holders" to identifying "ticket buyers". It reverses your logic to the other direction--instead of excluding those with comp tickets, you are only including those with paid tickets.
If you are looking at Ticket History there are three standard criteria, and they will all serve this purpose. "Ticket History Single Tkt Amt", "Ticket History Total Amount", and "Ticket History Total Amount HH"
Use an operator of >= (greater than or equal to) with a value of zero. If that gives you an error then use a value of point-zero-one instead. That is unless you have been selling tickets for one penny each and you actually do want to exclude those.
Good luck.
