We currently use PersonicX clustering as an attribute on our household records in Tessitura, and use that information to tailor our marketing messages to our target audiences. In the past, we have used Arts Market, Inc. for this database clustering service.
I'm curious if there are other organizations that offer this service that you may have used. I would like to obtain a couple quotes for re-clustering our constinuents that have visited us in the past four season.
