San Francisco Performances is ready to conduct a pricing study and is currently choosing between two companies – TRG and The Pricing Institute (affiliated with Baker Richards in England). Has anyone done a pricing study with either of these companies and, if so, would you be willing to share your experiences with me? Were you happy with the work, how has the follow up been, were they responsive to your needs, what have the results been, would you recommend the company? Also, do you know of any other companies doing this type of work with arts organizations (I’m not aware of any)?

We are currently undertaking work with Baker Richards and have just met with them today for our Interim Report presentation
The work they do here in the UK is exemplary and so far we've been very impressed.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and everyone who has worked with them with whom we have spoken has been very satisfied.

Hi Dafna,
Would you mind sharing your experience with the Pricing Institute with me? I have met with them many times and am attempting to have them do some work for us. I think it would be helpful to get some solid information from an experienced customer.
