I'm trying to determine the best practice for old extractions. Is it "healthy" to delete extractions that are more than 2-3 years old? If an extraction was promoted or used to create source codes is deleting it a bad idea?

Since December 2013 we have housekept Extractions that haven't been promoted in 13 months, and Lists that haven't been modified/generated in 25 months.
No-one has missed anything so far, and re: promotions, I see no evidence that the ext is referred to again, post-promotion.
Looks like we should start doing the same re: output sets sooner rather than later.
