Finding Subscriptions Numbers

Hi all,

Does anyone know if I can pull a report that tells me how many people have signed up to receive emails for a specific time frame?

The reports for each appeal give me the unsubscribe rates (as they are usually tied in with an email), but I' new and I can't seem to find anything in any of my notes!

Thank you in advance!

  • We use the New Record Summary Report and select 'WEB' for the User Group and select a date range.

This gives us all the new accounts created on our website including people who purchased tickets online as well as signed up for our e-news.

    Hope this helps!

  • If you are using e-market restriction on the general tab to track this you can probably also get what you need from the constituent audit report in the data management folder using t_customer as the table reference.

You may also consider setting up some list criteria for date, table and new value to do this. You could use vas_audit_trail as the view and tr_gooesoft_dropdown code 42 for the table reference. If you are unfamiliar with setting up criteria in t_keyword then you will want to make sure to let someone in the IT department do so.
