what SMS programs are you using?

Hi everyone,

 We’re looking into the use of SMS/text for urgent customer notifications.  Are there any US venues currently doing anything like this who would be willing to share what program they’re using and stumbling blocks you’ve come across (I can think of any number of issues with contact preferences, and not having phones flagged as mobile).
